What rating would a movie which involves sex between minors get?

That is, it involves an occurrence of consensual sex between minors, it is not the main focus of the film. What would its rating be?

Well, the MPAA works in mysterious ways and it can be tricky sometimes. Usually, it just has to do with how graphic the content is, unless it is non-stop. Also, keep in mind that minors swear a lot, and PG-13 movies don't allow any F-words involving sex. I hope this helps, but I'm still not sure about how young these characters are.
