Question by chocolate:
If doing drugs, skipping school, having promiscuous sex is encouraged in the media?
Do the people who engage in this in highschool have a lower or equal chance of succeeding later on in life compared to the "nerds" or "uncool" kids?
If lower, then why does the media teach young people "bad habits" that are counterproductive to success?

The media doesn't encourage that. Parents just like blaming their kids turning out wrong on the media so they don't look bad. Truth is that it's parents jobs to educate their kids, not tv.
