Question by Greywolf: Best age for sex talk and teaching body parts?

I am just wondering if anyone knows the best age (of the kids) to teach them about sex and the difference in body parts between boys and girls? I just know that my kids are getting older and starting to question things, but I do not want to start too young...

Also, any info on best approach to give these talks would be very welcome.

My son is 4 months old, I went ahead and got it over with last week. Goodbye awkward future conversations :D
